The problem
Your leads aren't the problem. What happens after they arrive is. Leads come in from your website, trade shows, and distributors. Then, inside most manufacturing companies, four things go wrong.
Problem 1
Leads never reach sales
Marketing generates them, but nothing hands them to the right salesperson automatically. They sit in the CRM, or a spreadsheet, until someone remembers. Often nobody does, and the lead is simply lost.
Problem 2
Nobody checks fit
No one verifies the lead is even within your target profile before a rep spends time on it. Bad-fit leads eat the calendar while good-fit ones go cold.
Problem 3
No research, missing details
Leads that do reach sales arrive as a name and an email: no company research, no contact details, nothing to work with. A rep either spends 20–40 minutes googling, or calls blind.
Problem 4
Zero intent data
Even a good lead arrives with no signals about timing or interest, so sales can't tell which ones to pick up first.
The result: marketing says sales ignores the leads. Sales says marketing sends junk. Both are right, because nobody has time to figure out which leads are actually worth pursuing.
How it works
From raw lead to sales-ready brief. Automatically, the same day, with nothing new for your team to learn.
Connect once. We plug into HubSpot or Salesforce, or you upload a list. Every new lead enters the pipeline the moment it arrives, nothing depends on someone remembering to forward it.

Researched like your best rep would. Our AI reads the company's website and recent news: what they make, industries served, certifications, competitor equipment in use. Minutes, not half an hour.

Scored against your ICP. Trained on your criteria during onboarding, every lead gets a fit score with per-criterion reasoning and disqualifiers. Anything unverified is flagged, never invented.

Delivered where reps already look. The brief lands in the right salesperson's inbox the same day, and the fit score is written back to your CRM so the pipeline can be sorted by it.

Two ways to run it
Start with a list, or plug into your CRM.
Option A: Upload a list
Came home from the trade show with 400 badge scans nobody has time to call? Upload the CSV (a trade-show list, an old database, a batch of form fills) and get a qualification brief back for every company, by email. Works even if your "CRM" is a spreadsheet.
Option B: Connect your CRM. We do the wiring.
We set up the HubSpot or Salesforce integration. One working session with your admin, and we handle the rest. From then on, every new lead is enriched, scored, and briefed automatically. Briefs are routed to the lead's assigned owner using your existing CRM assignment rules; we don't touch your territories.
What your reps get
One brief per lead. Everything a rep needs before the first call.
Do the math: 50 leads a month × 30 minutes of research × a loaded rep cost of ~$60/hr is $1,500/mo of sales time. LimenLogic starts at $199.
Free check
Check 5 of your own leads for free.
Pick up to 5 real leads: recent form fills, trade-show contacts, companies you're unsure about. Company names or websites are all we need. We'll return the full qualification briefs, exactly as your team would receive them. Five real briefs is enough to judge us properly; if they're not useful, you've lost nothing.

FAQ
Common questions
How is this different from ZoomInfo, Apollo, or Clay?
Those tools give you data: firmographic fields, contact records, or a DIY enrichment table you build and maintain yourself. LimenLogic delivers a decision: a researched brief scored against your ideal customer profile, sent to the right rep, with every claim sourced. We do the setup and upkeep; you don't learn a tool. And it runs alongside what you already have; it doesn't replace your CRM, your marketing automation, or your data subscriptions.
What happens when a score is wrong?
You tell us, and we adjust your scoring criteria. That's part of the service, not a support ticket. Because every score comes with per-criterion reasoning and sources, you can see why it scored the way it did and point at the exact criterion that's off. Scoring gets sharper with every correction.
Does the research work outside the US, or in other languages?
Yes. The research reads the prospect's website and news in whatever language they're written in. Briefs come back in English regardless of the source language.
How is the scoring personalized to our business?
During onboarding we send you a questionnaire or interview your team to define your ICP together: the industries, company sizes, certifications, applications, and disqualifiers that matter in your niche. That trains the AI on your specific criteria and builds a lead scoring and qualification method suited to your business. When your ICP changes, we update it as part of the service.
What do you need from us to start?
For a list upload: a CSV with company names or websites. For CRM mode: access to set up the HubSpot or Salesforce connection (we do the setup) and one working session to define your ICP.
Which CRMs do you support?
HubSpot and Salesforce today. If you work from spreadsheets, the list-upload mode covers you.
How fast do reps get the brief?
In CRM mode, the same day the lead is created, typically within minutes. Batch uploads are returned by email, usually the same business day.
Isn't AI research unreliable? What about hallucinations?
That's exactly why every claim in a brief links to its source: the company's own website, news, or business data providers. The fit score is recomputed outside the AI from verified criteria only; anything without a source is marked "couldn't verify" and excluded from the score, not invented. You can audit any brief in 30 seconds.
Is this just ChatGPT pointed at our leads?
No. It's a purpose-built pipeline: enrichment from business data providers, structured research of each company's site and news, and a scoring model configured to your specific ICP criteria, with source-checking guardrails a chat prompt doesn't have. The AI is the engine; the manufacturing-specific setup and verification around it is the product.
Is our lead data safe?
Yes. All data processed with our AI is encrypted in transit and at rest, and used only to produce your briefs. None of it is used for any other purpose: not for training AI models, not for resale, never shared with anyone.
What does it cost?
Three plans (Starter, Pro, Pro+) where you pick your monthly lead volume and the price adjusts, starting at $199/mo. See the pricing page for what each includes. Batch list jobs are $5 per lead. No long-term contract. Start with the free 5-lead check and see the output first.
How is this different from hiring a VA or an outsourced research team?
Speed, consistency, and honesty. A research VA takes 20–30 minutes per lead, produces copy-pasted About-page text, and never tells you when they're guessing. LimenLogic returns a structured brief the same day, applies the same ICP criteria to every lead, flags anything it couldn't verify, and links every claim to a source you can check.
