Privacy policy
This page explains what personal data Varento collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions go to nika.zaridze@getvarento.com.
What we collect
- Demo and free-trial requests: your name, work email, company, job title, and anything you write in the message field.
- Client portal: the access key you sign in with and a session cookie that keeps you signed in. Nothing else is stored in your browser.
- Leads you send us as a client: the company and contact details in your lead lists or Salesforce records, plus the research, scores, and briefs we produce from them.
We don't use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this website.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request and set up your demo or trial.
- For clients: to research, score, and brief your leads and deliver the results to your team. That is the only purpose we use lead data for.
We never sell your data, never use it to train AI models, and never use it for anyone else's marketing.
Who processes it for us
- FormSubmit delivers the demo and trial forms to our inbox.
- Google Fonts serves this site's fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers when a page loads.
- Our web hosting and email providers.
- For client leads: the business-data, web-research, and AI model providers that run the qualification pipeline. They process the data only to return results to us.
How long we keep it
Demo and trial requests are kept for as long as we're in conversation, and deleted within 12 months if nothing comes of it. Client lead data is kept for as long as you're a client and deleted on request or when the contract ends.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop using it. Email nika.zaridze@getvarento.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
